The artist asked if I had time to have my makeup done.
The Chanel counter beckoned me over and so I went. It was back in the day and I had gone to the makeup counter to pick up something from Estee Lauder, I can’t remember what now. It was called Midnight Garden and was a perfect berry shade. I can remember my first Chanel purchase and wish I still had the lipstick I bought. Nothing here to tempt me but I wish there were. The Chanel brand in general, doesn’t really follow trends and remains true to its roots. I just think it looks so elegant and timeless.
I love the Chanel packaging and always have.
